Premium Partner

Deceuninck

For its PVC systems, MOSCA relies on Deceuninck as its Premium Partner for the supply of profiles.

This partnership means starting from a qualified raw material, tested and developed for the window industry, which MOSCA machines and configures within its own production process to produce finished, customised windows and French windows suited to the needs of the project.

The profiles supplied by Deceuninck undergo specific testing for durability, thermal insulation properties and resistance to air, water and wind.

They are also classified as class “S”, where “S” stands for “Severe Climate”: a classification particularly well suited to the Italian climate.

The final value comes from combining the technical quality of the profile with MOSCA's expertise in designing, machining, configuring and building the finished window.

Material

PVC

W1 uses PVC profiles designed to ensure insulation, stability and durability.

PVC is a material particularly suited to efficient windows: it helps limit heat loss, reduces the transmission of outside noise and requires only simple maintenance.

The quality of the profile, combined with MOSCA's fabrication, produces a window that is reliable, durable and suited to both new builds and renovations.

PVC surfaces keep a neat, clean appearance over time, with no need for periodic painting or special treatments. Water and mild detergents are all that is needed for routine maintenance.

Insulation

Comfort and efficiency

W1 is designed to improve indoor comfort.

The profile structure, together with the choice of glass and the quality of the gaskets, helps reduce the transfer of heat and cold between outside and inside.

This helps keep a more stable temperature in living spaces and improves the building's energy performance.

W1 is therefore a solution suited to energy-efficiency renovations, private homes, hospitality venues and professional premises where comfort, efficiency and durability are key.

Customisation

W1 offers extensive aesthetic customisation, thanks to a range of colours and finishes designed to suit different architectural styles.

The available finishes include natural wood effects, painted wood effects, solid colours and metallic effects, so the window can be integrated into both contemporary settings and restoration or renovation projects.

Wood-effect shades suit warmer, more traditional interiors; solid colours meet clean, modern requirements; metallic effects give a more technical, architectural look.

The availability of gloss or matt finishes, together with the option of concealed drainage with low visual impact, helps make the window more consistent with the architectural design.

Customisation makes it possible to harmonise the window with the project's façades, interiors, floors, furnishings and materials.

Thermal classification

Windows have a significant impact on a building's energy performance.

Assessing heat loss and the passage of solar energy through the windows gives a better understanding of how efficient the whole building envelope is.

W1 contributes to this balance: it limits heat loss, improves indoor comfort and supports more efficient energy management in living spaces.

Sealing

Air, water and wind

Sealing is essential to protect interiors and maintain consistent performance over time.

In the W1 system, the correct integration of profile, gaskets, glass and hardware helps counter water infiltration, draughts, outside noise and the weather.

The profiles used are designed to ensure resistance to air, water and wind, contributing to system stability and everyday comfort.

Transparency

Glazing

W1 can be configured with high-performance glazing, chosen according to requirements for thermal insulation, acoustic comfort, security and brightness.

The choice of glass has a direct impact on the window's behaviour and allows the product to be adapted to the home or the project.

The various configurations available help improve indoor comfort, limit heat loss and increase protection from the elements.

Security

Hardware and configuration

The security of a window depends on the quality of the profile, the hardware, the glass and the overall configuration of the product.

W1 can be configured with solutions designed to increase stability, strength and protection in everyday use.

The hardware contributes to the functionality and durability of the window, ensuring practical, smooth and reliable opening and closing.

The accessories and configurations available are defined according to the needs of the project, the intended use and the level of protection required.

Sustainability

W1 approaches sustainability through efficiency, durability and recyclability.

A well-designed PVC window helps reduce energy loss, improve indoor comfort and keep heating and cooling consumption down.

The profiles used for W1 have a long life cycle and are recyclable, allowing the material to be recovered at end of life and fed back into the production cycle.

For MOSCA, sustainability starts with the quality of the finished product: designing and building windows that are efficient, durable and able to maintain their performance over time.
