We Are Mosca

MOSCA is WindoorTech’s flagship brand, created to convey the company’s identity, vision and evolution more clearly.

‘Frame Your Life’ is how we look at windows and doors: not as a mere technical element, but as a frame that gives shape to spaces, welcomes light, protects interiors and accompanies the way people live, work and make their homes.

It is a name rooted in the family history where it all began: that of brothers Francesco and Michele Mosca, who since 1992 have built a path founded on knowledge of materials, technical expertise and the ability to interpret the needs of the window and door industry.

Frame Your Life

Over time, the company has grown, gone through several phases and consolidated its experience to become WindoorTech, a manufacturing business specialising in the design and production of systems for windows, doors and building solutions.

Today the MOSCA name marks a new phase in this journey. It is not a break with the past but its natural evolution: a brand that celebrates the company’s family roots and, at the same time, expresses its ambition to speak to a wider market, both national and international.

Alongside the founders, the new generations of the Mosca family are now also part of the company: Angelo, Antonio, Emanuele, Michele and Angelo, working in different and complementary roles. A family continuity intertwined with a substantial production structure, united by technical skills, operational experience and constant attention to quality.

In our factory we oversee every stage of the production process directly: from technical design to manufacturing, from the choice of materials to the care of details, through to long-term support.

Over the years, research and development have taken on an increasingly central role, leading the company to design and patent systems intended to improve the performance, functionality, appearance and durability of windows and doors.

MOSCA was born from the desire to give a stronger, more recognisable name to a story of family, work, engineering and innovation: ours.

Vision

FOR US it is important to build a brand capable of transforming windows and doors into an advanced system for architecture and everyday life.

FOR US ‘Frame Your Life’ means designing solutions that do not simply close off or separate spaces, but help define them: they bring light, comfort, protection, quiet, efficiency and identity.

FOR US it is a priority to develop systems for homes, hospitality facilities, professional spaces and architectural projects, combining technology, design, performance and attention to detail.

Mission

TO SHAPE systems for windows, doors and building solutions that bring together engineering, aesthetics and function.

TO THINK of windows and doors not as an isolated product, but as an essential part of architecture: an element that affects the light, comfort, protection, efficiency and identity of spaces.

TO WORK alongside professionals, dealers and end customers with a method that combines manufacturing experience, technical research, process control and attention to detail.

TO DESIGN solutions built to last, to engage with spaces and to turn every opening into a precise, functional and recognisable frame.
